Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by THINKEDGE GROUP LTD. By purchasing any service from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service-Based Nature

All services provided by THINKEDGE GROUP LTD are advisory and consultation-based. This includes IT systems consultation, workflow analysis, and written assessment reports. As such, services are considered delivered upon completion of consultation sessions or issuance of reports.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be requested before the service delivery has begun. Once a consultation has taken place or a report has been started or delivered, refunds are no longer available.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • After a consultation session has been completed
  • After a report or document has been delivered
  • If the customer fails to attend a scheduled consultation
  • If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer
4. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before the scheduled consultation or before work on a report has started. Approved cancellations will be refunded in full.

5. Service Issues

If a service cannot be delivered due to an issue on our side, a full refund will be issued.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
